Carole Kunkle-Miller, Ph.D.

Dr. Carole Kunkle-Miller is a personal performance coach with 25 years of experience in the human effectiveness field.

In addition to being published extensively, Carole has been interviewed on National Public Radio, ESPN Radio (Pittsburgh), Working Mother Magazine and several Pittsburgh television programs.

Carole's special interests in life balance and peak performance developed while working full time and raising two sets of twins. Being an entrepreneur while raising twins gives her valuable insight into the challenges of designing a fulfilling life.

Carole's desire is to lead people to change by getting them to connect to their worlds. By focusing on the relationships in their lives, (marriage, family, children, parents) and their living and working environments, she believes people can achieve a greater sense of joy and fulfillment. While many popular psychologists of today use shame and embarrassment in their sessions, Carole believes in a positive message that focuses on what is working in the person's life and then building upon that. She enables people to identify the pressures in their lives, and make decisions about which to listen to and which to ignore.

Carole believes people can:

  • Achieve meaningful connections, acceptance, and growth
  • Break a negative cycle and get out of a rut
  • Streamline what they have to allow greater room for the good
  • Finally live abundantly
