Why use a coach?

People use a coach for any of the following reasons and often for a combination:

To expand the professional's vision, including business and personal goals

To make substantial personal changes, including lifestyle simplification and stress reduction

To become more personally effective

To balance work and family

To experience more joy, creativity and fulfillment from life.

Who uses a coach?

Anyone who wants to improve the quality of his or her life can use a coach. In the past, executives found coaching improved their job performance and life satisfaction. Now athletes, business owners, managers, service-oriented professionals, working parents, financial planners, attorneys, physicians, and others have enjoyed the benefits of coaching.

How does it work?

Coaching is accomplished through tele-coaching (over the phone) with additional support handled between calls through email and fax services. Clients contract for 3-4 coaching calls per month, which includes email support and extra calls as needed. Group coaching is for 6-8 clients in similar professions or with similar coaching goals. Group coaching is also available for organizations wanting to maximize efficiency. I offer 30 minutes of free introductory individual coaching to all prospective clients. This gives a feel for the process of coaching and an opportunity to accomplish a goal.

Where do we meet?

We usually meet by telephone. Tele-coaching is powerful, practical and personalized. No traffic jams, no parking hassles, or time constraints. Scheduling is very convenient. In person sessions may also be scheduled.

What are the typical coaching fees?

Fees range from $200-350 per month. Group coaching is generally $100 per month. All coaching fees are paid at the beginning of the month.
